Axis Bank — ECS Cheque bounce charge

Dear sir,
I attached the Bank statement kindly, for what purpose Service tax and for what consolidated Charges. In customer care telling that Rs.350 for first
ECS cheque return and second time return cost Rs.600. my EMI charge is Rs. 2570, but my cheque return charge is Rs.2600 Rupees.
For Rs. 2570 ECS cheque, cheque return charges how much.
and kindly provide me the February month ECS Cheque return details.

Sir one thing try to understand due to unavailability of money only we fail to pay EMI but cheque bouncing charge is Rs2600 for bank and 400 rupees for Tvs finance charge.
