[Resolved] Axis Bank — Edc machine not working 37311864 | |||||
We have been an Axis Bank customer for ages. but for the last 6 months our issues with their EDC machine seems to be falling on dead ears! Unlike the ads that they show, their customer service is terrible. After many complaints and requests to update the software of the machine, we were instead provided with am ancient machine which does not accept AMEX, MAESTRO and VISA INTERNATIONAL. And in spite of repeated calls and mails, they do not seem to care for us. Is this how they plan to help Business Units to grow??
