I hv a current ac and edc machine with axis bank. My customer ID[protected].
On 12th Dec I did a settlement for 90k and on 13th Dec again for 8k.
Today 14th Dec and time 4pm still these payments are not credited. Bcos of this poor service from axis am not able to support digital transactions. hv reached customer service for atleast 20 times and by waiting atleast 20 mins in queue. And also I deposit two cheques in my home branch for clearance on 9 th Dec even those payments were not credited. Wherein I issued 2 cheques worth 9000 each for my vendors dated 12th Dec and it has been cleared though they are not working today 13th Dec . Bcos of axis unprofessional and poor service I hesitate to receive digital mode of payments to avoid unnecessary tension and frustration Was this information helpful? |
