Axis Bank — Edge Reward Rewards - No product received but points deducted.

I have redeemed my edge points and redeemed a product which i have received after 10 days . But the product was in damaged condition and cannot be used. I had raised an complaint for the same and the product got pickup up after 10-12 days of receipt. Now after the picked up the damaged product they are not send the new product or return my reward points into my account. I have followed up with them 15-20 time but now they are not responding to my mails or calls too. The compliant no's are : 10716842, 8919200, 10729301, 10918481.
