Axis Bank — Erroneous debit of rs. 1000/ by axis bank - a/c no.[protected] | |||||
With reference to the above i want to intimate that on 12//04/2017 at about 18.34, i have tried to with draw a sum of rs. 1000/- from state bank of bikaner & jaipur, shivan cgarden bangalore, atm id s10a[protected]am using my debit card of my above a/c no. As axis bank atm located in wheeler road, bangalore was not working. But the amount was not dispensed by the above atm and i got a response code from the above atm stating that “ sorry unable to process “ inconvence is regretted. Kindly contact your branch Then i went to axis bank atm and taken mini statement for my above account.in the statement it has shown a debit of rs. 1000 on 12/04/2017. But the same has not been dispensed by the state bank of bikaner & jaipur, shivan cgarden bangalore, atm id s10a[protected]am, to that effect i have got a response code slip also. Further i want to intimate that i have not drawn amount of 1000/- from any other atms again. As such i request to credit a sum of rs.1000/- to my account which was erroneously debited.
