[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Extra charges and poor customer service

I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the customer service of axis bank credit card.
Yesterday i called in to inquire how much is my pending bill so that i can clear all my dues with you people.
And unfortunately i got a representative by the name of ' tejasvini ' and she was so rude and hung up on me twice.
She was so unprofessional that she was talking over me, and when i asked her to let me speak, she got upset and said she will hang up the call. when i asked for supervisor, she placed me on hold for near about 10 minutes and than hung up on me. later when i called you people again that lady answered the call again and placed me on hold without informing me and hung up on me again.
This is not what i expect from axis bank. being the customer of axis bank for more than 5 years and also i am using this credit card for nearabout 3 years now.
I wish to cancel my bank account with you people and also i wish to cancel my credit card services as well.
It is not the first time, whenever i have called you people, its very hard to understand their accents. so i am extremely unhappy with the services that was being offered to me by that lady. i wish that you people terminate that lady immediately so that other customers won't face the same disappointment which i am facing. also i need a proof that you people are taking proper action against that lady.

Moreover my main concern is,

I want these transactions to be cancelled : —

Date : — 13/6/2016 late fee 600
Date : — 13/6/2016 service tax 90


Date : — 18/06/2016 debit interest 10592
Date : — 18/06/2016 service tax 1588

That was the whole thing i called you people for, so that you can cancel these charges and refund that to my account and i can pay my rest of the bill.

Again i would like to mention that i am about to pay my bill today only if you wil cancel these extra charges of late fees, services tax and debit interest..
Also i want you people to teach a lesson to that lady who misbehaved with me.
