[Resolved] Axis Bank — extra charges got debited | |
I have a salary a/c in axis bank sahakar nagar branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (5th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c since 2018, so why this charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of charge from axis bank. Also please close my demat account Was this information helpful? | |

I have done a transaction with no cost emi which is not converted into emi and today they have charged me for not paying that and I have tried to reach in the support but there is also have an issue. And that's why I have blocked my credit card.
