[Resolved] Axis Bank — Failed transaction amount not credited | |||
Through Axispay, I tried to remit Rs.7000/- in to my account No.[protected], on 3rd April 2017.Following two attempts failed and the amount was credited back in my PNB account. a.[protected] b.[protected] In both these cases, I got immediate SMS informing me of the failure and reversal of debit in my PNB account. In yet another attempt vide transaction[protected], there was no such advice regarding failure or reversal of debit.. When I received no acknowledgement from my account in HSBC for the amount remitted, I checked the transaction details in the App. today and found this transaction also as 'Failure'. So far I have not got any advice of reversal of debit. My PNB account also does not show any credit (reversed debit) till now. Please resolve the problem and arrange to complete the transaction OR reverse the Debit. Was this information helpful? | |||
