[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Failed Transaction

HI,
Today Morning i did a payment using axis net banking, the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my account. i tried calling the customer care, but the ivr says they are not working today. its a big amount and it would be great if someone can help with this. When will i get the refund amount? i called[protected] and [protected]. is there any other number where i can reach the rep directly?
