Axis Bank — failed transaction money didn't receive | |||
Hi, I have done a transaction of 12989 thousand from my axis bank credit card. But somehow transaction got cancelled in middle. I got email transaction success. But as delivery boy didn't get invoice(transaction stuck in between). He asked me to pay through other medium. I called Axis bank customer care, the person who is attended my call told me your transaction failed from Axis bank side after I explained him all case. That customer represntative told me to pay as he told I will get my money back in card of this failed transaction. But now axis bank not refunding my money back.
