Axis Bank — Fake commitments over mail and mental harassment

Dear team i have opened a account with your bank approx 3 months before for having beo corporate and your account opening rm said to provide same within 2 weeks

But account opening has not provided me corporate neo and i am unable to access same via application .

From last three i am begging employee and branch as well but rm is not even picking my phone and not reverting for same .

This is mental harrassment i have received office mail that neo corporate will start soon but not yet activated .

I am being metally and emotionally harrased by your branch as well by bank .how you can make fake commitments to customer by male .

I promise i will make your manager as welll md of bank on knees in ombudsmend as well in court for fake commitments and fraud if not resolved soon .
Personal also taken money for same.

Resolve this issue else i am going to sue bank and account opening person in district consumer court and will make sure that bank, its md and perosn opening account will have to pay in court .
