[Resolved] Axis Bank — False net secure codes - it only sends, generates but it won't accept | |
My self and my mother have Axis Bank Accounts. Every now and then log in problems, change password's. Password changing is very difficult and time consuming process. They started NET Secure authentication. Axis will say failed to send sms therefore please regenerate thru voice call. When we enter net secure code, Axis will say sorry, it is not authenticated. How much valuable time customer is losing to generate a code. If we approach branch, there is a que. They will send us to all new faces, some people don't know what is net secure code.
