[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fast tag not received for wallet id[protected]

Address:10, 4th flr,Rainbow layout,, 5th Main, SGR Dental college rd,, 560037

Firstly the fast tag provided by axis bank never worked and again i requested for a new one on 10th dec 2019 and so far not received it. They have dedicated 100/- towards replace of tag but they have not sent me the tag.. Tried calling customer care but they have no idea to resolve me issue. Sent emails to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com about my issue but no responce at all.. My wallet id[protected].. Please help me to get tag..
