Axis bank fasttag was issued along with the vehicle at the time of purchase. When it was setup originally, it gave a lot of trouble, however the call center helped us through this. This was in november 2019.
When trying to recharge the account now, the amount was returned with the message that it exceeds limit. On following up with the call center they mentioned that the account is blocked as KYC is not done. This is after having submitted all the documents at the time of vehicle purchase.
I fail to understand how they can hold/black list and account when we have already submitted all the documents and it is a failure on the banks side to perform the updates on thei systems Was this information helpful? |
