[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fastag complaint closed by bank without resolve

From my application for fastag in dec 2019 till date i. E. 18th feb 2020, i have not received my fastag. Last i heard was they had sent through some blue dart courier. When tracked, no records were found. On complaining on the axis fastag board, they repeatedly "close down" my complaint without resolving nor calling up. Highly unethical behaviour on part of axis bank.
