[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fastag is blacklisted

Hi,

I have fastag id and its active as per customer care. Whenever i am at toll plaza, machine does not read my account and i had to pay cash. I am facing this for last 2 months. Contacted axis bank customer care and raised request - sr[protected] and no solution. Each person in customer care gives different points and no solutions till now

I registered online for Fastag through Axis bank on 27/11/2019. It’s almost a month and I have not got the fastag kit. I’m worried as I have to travel to Ahmedabad on Monday and I don’t have fastag. Don’t understand what to do?

I ordered Fastag on 10th december 2019 still i have not received the delivery

I booked fast tag on 6th Dec 2019.But till date i didnt get any information from axis bank about status, dispatch etc.
