Axis Bank Fastag — Not able to recharge

I bought axis bank fast tag 3 years back from the beginning i tried to recharge my fast tag many times but just only one time i was able to recharge it regarding the same issue i hace visited the axis branch and asked them to uodate my kyc and recharge my fast tag they told me that they do not have access to do the same and suggested me to mail on customer care i did tge same and i got a mail from axis bank said that your fast tag kyc has been updated. And now i am trying to recharge it again since one month and facing same issue not abke to recharge. I have contacted to customer care many times but no solution found it was so much iritating i sent a mail to axia bank to refund my fast tag security amount but did get any reply
