[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not delivered | |||
Hello i paid the amount through axis bank to get fast tag on 26-nov-2019. Its been 18 days till now i didn’t received fast tag and there is no tracking details also. So i tried to reach help line number. The number is not working i keep on trying one fine day it started ringing and some lady answered and gave the fake details as your tag is going to be delivered by thursday[protected]. Till now i didn’t received any tag and the provided reference number is wrong to track. So this is not the way to serve the clients. Very worst service. Kindly stop serving this fast tag if you can’t manage and provide proper details. Was this information helpful? | |||
