[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fastag not delivered/ not showing in tracking status

I applied fastag on 19th dec but till not received.

Message as below.
Dear customer, thank you for registering with axis bank fastag services your fastag account no : [protected] is activated with vehicle number : mh12kj2638 on dec 30 2019 7:10pm

Your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs.200 on 12/30/2019 7:16:04 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs.200.

Have applied for online fastag on 18.12.2019 in Axis Bank having URN[protected] with payment. Received mail on 19.12.2019 about issue of fastag. It should have been delivered with in 7 days but till date not received the same.No body is responding in toll free customer care.

I have applied two fastag for our two vehicles on 3rd of December 2019. I have paid 200x2 = 400 for both tags. They don't have customer care number where anyone can talk to them.

I didn't get the Fastag against the receipt numbers I've mentioned above here in complaint. They are just sending the status of another vehicle which is on my name.

i am talking about the Receipt numbers: 100000169963 and 100000170088

One Innova (HRO2AB0045) and one swift VDi (HRO3S0450).

Didn't get any sms on the mobile numbers mentioned with the orders applied.

I have written complaint to: [email protected]. I have tracking the email. Its nearly 10 days now they have not opened the email yet.
Applied FASTAG on 21NOV2019, FASTAG not received... still doing followup, but no assurance or exact date of delivery or current status of my FASTAG or any of complaint...
