[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fastag not despatched or received

I have applied for fastag on december 31st 2019 and till now there is no update. I have also paid money for security deposit. Below is the message i received after registering.
"dear customer, your etc fastag order has been successfully placed. We will dispatch the tag within 7 working days."
Till date i have not received any updates regarding the same. Please do the needful to receive if fast or cancel the same and refund the security deposit.
