Axis Bank — fastag not received and no response from the etc fastag operations team

Hi,

I had applied for fastag on 22nd nov 2019 through axis bank's official website. Except for the acknowledgment receipt i did not receive any updates and tracking details. Multiple calls to the provided customer care number were not answered even once. I have also mailed to the etc. [protected]@axisbank.com thrice and still no response regarding the delivery status of the tag.

Updated by pShivakumar0 It's been 32 days since I ordered fastag on Axis bank website, but still not even a single update or SMS received regarding the tag. Please let me know if I will be getting the tag and when. If it is not possible to process my request, kindly refund the amount soon. I will order through some other vendor.
