Axis Bank — fastag recharge failure | |||
I attempted to recharge my fast tag card received by Axis through its official portal and made a payment of Rs 500 from Axis bank debit card. Amount has been deducted but same is not reflecting in wallet. Tried calling customer care on[protected] "so called 24x7" and there after selecting "option 1: facing difficulty in toll plaza" it never connects and just plays a tone. Worst and pathetic service ever. Need a action against them ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
