[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fastag showing blacklisted

Address:Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

The fasttags associated with my wallet i'd is showing blacklisted at toll plazas. Eventhough i have sufficient balances in my associated account. Why is this happening after raising several service requests too my problem is not resolved.
I have submitted neccessary documents too. Almost all vehicles face the same problems eventhough i have fast tag more than a year now.

I bought a fastag from axis bank but the tag didn't work on any toll plaza, i tried their helpline number [protected] but it also not working. I do visited nearest branch but it doesn't work. I'm helpless
