I applied for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card ( Lifetime Free Card without Joining fee & Annual Fee ) on 16th Nov through online & received application ID number as C1-[protected]-C1. Since I was in Bangalore, CS Executive informed me to reach nearest branch to update the KYC including thumb impression and photos. When I reached Axis branch, they told concerned executive will call me for further KYCs. Finally one executive came to my home on 22nd Nov and took my KYC with Thumb and photos. Next day i got notification -23rd Nov from Axis bank through SMS as new application number as C1-[protected]-C1 which is different that first one.
Later on I realize that branch guys created new application with joining/annual fees to get their sales incentives.
Later i contacted them to cancel new application C1-[protected]-C1 and link my KYC details to old application C1-[protected]-C1. But I could not get any further update from them..
Later today Dec 2nd i got new SMS from Axis bank with ref as 15347831 for card approval which I am not aware about this reference too
Really I don't know what is going on what kind of service provided by Axis Bank. I should say this is not the way to deal with client.
I am writing this again to cancel new application C1-[protected]-C1 ( created by axis branch without my consent) and link my KYC details to old application C1-[protected]-C1 ( created by me in Flipkart online for life time card without joining or annual fee)
