Axis Bank — Foreclosure Charge on car loan

Hi, I have a car loan from Axis bank and was promised to have the foreclosure charges removed after continuous payment for 1 year. I have a spotless history of repayments for my EMIs till date. It has been 1.5 years since I availed the loan. I visited the branch from where loan was sanctioned and according to them there's no waiver available for nil foreclosure charge. I was neither informed of it nor was the waiver sanctioned (with due diligence) even after discussing about it with the officials. I consider this as a case of fraudulent transaction with the concerned bank. Please let me know if this can be re-dressed through this forum. Ashish
