I am having an account in Axis Bank Surendranagar branch with Cust. ID[protected]. And from my end my registered email ID is asha.[protected]@yahoo.com and registered mobile number is [protected]. For Cust. ID[protected], all credit/debit transaction even OTP I have received on my mobile number [protected]. But not received any sms regarding updating of profile and block the account from your end. Snapshot of the received SMS in [protected] is attached for reference.
I have not requested to any updation of email ID/mobile number to axis bank and no any reference ID generated from axis. Copy of the report downloaded from axis app. is attached herewith for reference. After so many complaints not resolved by Axis bank and also axis bank replied wrong registered email ID: [protected]@GMAIL.COM and wrong mobile number:[protected]. This is not pertaining to me for my account Cust. ID.[protected].
This is cant acceptable at all. How can I accept this ????????
Who was linked the other details with this account with Cust. ID[protected] without my authorization???? As mentioned in your site “Any transaction in the account that was not authorized directly by the card / account holder is considered to be a fraudulent transaction.” In this way it’s a matter of fraud.
Due to fault and failure to give proper services by axis bank, my respect in the society is being eroded by the return of the cheque; and financial loss; it is only due to the axis bank. Who is responsible for that??????????
