Axis Bank — fraud case against axis bank | |
Hi this is harish arulmani One of my friend creadited 3000rs to my account and when i check to my account balance only 2312.69rs is been reflected, so i just called to axis bank customer care and spoke to a executive named ms. Ankita she said me that amount is been debited for my new debit card, then i asked why it is not gettong reflected in my bank statement she said that it will get reflected only by next week, i asked her why that much late for updating the bank statement then she connected the call to her superior mr. Subeer he first said that amount is been debited then he said me that amount is not debited. I didn't ask them for any refund or reason for debiting the amount i just asked them why it is not getting reflected in my bank statement for that he is saying me to check their software and also he said me that am a unknoweldged person I have attached screenshot of my bank statement.
