[Resolved] Axis Bank — Fraud case | |||
Someone has taken 8000 rupees from my debit card but branch has not taken any step .please give a look towards it . i have complained to the branch immediately but they have not taken any step towards this.my condition is poor and this amount is very valuable to me please take steps towards this.the branch should take action towards this.a temporary credit of 8000 should be tranfered to my account till solution of this case.we are hopefully waiting to get this amount as i am managing my family.so please give attention to this case and quickly solve this problem. thanks. My tid no 96317567 i have swipping machine n i did swipping on 27 april, 1 may, 2 may of 2017 . The amount is not credited in my account the customer care guy is telling from their side its clear n they are tell its a technical issue . so please do check this issue
