[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Fraud Charges on my Account

I received a text message from Axis bank that my account has been debited for Rs 6251.75 for an online shopping from BEXSUPP.COM. I haven't shopped anything online, there is no BEXSUPP.COM website. When I went to the branch where I opened the account, the AXIS bank representative started blaming me for the charges. I regret to say that AXIS bank has one of the worse customer service. How can they start blaming a customer without investigation into their complaints. I would request these charges to be reverted back to my account and investigate the fraudlent website. My account no is- 998702
