[Resolved] Axis Bank — fraud deduction by axis bank from my saving account | |||
The bank has deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the BRN-card payment even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date and I did not do any kind of transaction as same. I mailed regarding the same to axis assist of bank for the clarification of the deduction but I did not receive a single reply from the bank side. It has been almost 15 days. The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level. Below is the message of the deduction from the bank. ID-AxisBk: Your A/c 8218**5 is debited by Rs. 100 on 01Jun19. Avbl Bal: Rs. 4**40.74. Info: BRN-Card Payment I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they do not fool the poor and innocent people around. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Not resolved yet. The bank asked me to share the contact details and I shared it as well. It has been 3 days but they did'nt contact me with any kind of source. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
