[Resolved] Axis Bank — Fraud of not inviting home loan customer

I have got a loan sanctioned by axis bank by noida rac sector 18 by mr. Kundan kumar. There was no intimation on his part as far as paying pre emi was concerned. I have been paying pre emi since the last 18 months and the amount of 2.36 lakh that i have paid has gone down the drain due to the negligence and recklessness of sales officer mr. Kundan kumar. Please revert on the issue asap
