[Resolved] Axis Bank — Fraud with my savings account | |||||
I got sms and email from bank on 15th august 2016 that i have redeemed edge loyalty points which i have not done from my account. This is security breach. I have opened several case with customer support of axis bank but all were closed without giving any response. On inquiring i was always told that it would be resolved in 5 working days. I have opened case numbers. 24357015/24544305/24544492/24306406. Also i have send emails to email ids mentioned on banks website for escalation matrix of complaints. No response from them as well.
