Same incident happened to me on 9 march, 2019.. At 4:34 pm nine unauthorized transactions happened from my account by itunes.com debiting 10, 606.16 rupees without any otp. The card got blocked automatically after those transactions.. I dont have an iphone. I have submitted my documents. But still didn't get my temporary credit... Again on 14 march at 4:34pm itunes.com tried to debit 966 rupees twice but as my card is blocked, the transactions couldn't happen.. Hope the axis bank resolves this issue of itunes.com and refund our money back as soon as possible orelse they are gonna lose the trust of the customers..
