Axis Bank — fund not received against transaction id[protected]

Dear axisbank team,
I am ashish kumar, axis bank account holder (A/c no.-[protected]) with reference to the below mail i made a transaction rs.3500/- through icici bank upi on dated 30-09-17 at 18:02pm transaction id[protected] to axis bank upi id is [protected]@axisbank, on the same time i received rs.3500/ credited message from axis bank (Screenshot is attached).
Here i want to clear to you both accounts are mine, i have attached icici bank transation details of debited against same transation id you can check and debited mail also appended below.
I had discussion with customer care, he checked live trasaction id but amount not mentioned, & he asked how to know this is your transaction thats why i am attaching both screenshot for your ready reference.

Here i humble request please update my credited balance asap because my credit card due date is tomorrow[protected] other wise penalty will be imposed.
