I have an nro account with your branch at c r park, india. I went to visit the branch on 01 september and talked to mr amit sharda about obtaining internet access so that i could track my account. He registered me, something i had failed to get your bank to do by correspondence for some years, and told me to log in after the registration detailed were recorded by your database. I tried from various internet sites, at home and at hotels, during my stay. I get a message that the system has shut down following me having either pressed the 'back' key or clicked on a key more than once. Frustrated, i visited a large axis branch in front of nehru place in delhi on 12 september. The staff there also encountered the same problem and surmised that it was a 'server error' which would go away. It did not and i visited mr sharda at your c r park branch on the following day. He encountered the same problem. Then i left india and attempted to log in. The same problem. I wrote to your customer. Services as recommended. That was many days ago. They have not bothered even to acknowledge my message. Mr sharda has demonstrated no evidence of any effort to solve the problem. Was this information helpful? |
