I had placed an order during the Grab Deals Fest for which I was supposed to receive Rs 5000 in cashback within 90 days of purchase i.e. 4th of July. I had received a confirmation email from you that I will receive my cashback as well. It has been more than 90 days and I still haven't received the cashback.
