[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Harassment , Fraud, theft

I use AXIS BANK Credit card for nearly 4 years.
I pay my bill at a regular time.

Axis bank most of the time delays generating bills, sometimes not receiving Email or SMS, even on-axis portal unable to found a bill on a time.

I complain many times to axis bank regarding delayed bill generation and alert.

Even purchase using CC Card. they are an add some hidden charges on purchage. Is it ok, But not to receive these hidden charges transaction detail on SMS or email during purchase?

So, If we calculate all transaction alert that is received on email/SMS and the actual bill amount are diffrent. It is theft or illegal activity to mismatch transactions.

One day I received many transaction decline messages at midnight nearly 3:00 PM and continues recived messages.

I try to call on customer care. thy are not giving proper answers, even I try to a different way to contact but not success. after many try I able call. and I explain everything related to the CC transaction message-related issues and request to Block my card. I want to block the card and do not want to continue with AXIS. due to many difficulties as per explain above,

But they told me we block you Credit card on a temporery basis. You have to Unblock CC for 1 day. and request for a Block CC.

I feel an inconvenience. Because, if i unblock my CC for a 1-day and this time possibly theft on my CC card. So, I will not move for an Unblock cc card.

for this month bills are generated and maybe delay generated and or alert on SMS. so I was a delay for some 3 to 6 days for payment. when I got a bill I saw in a bill a delayed payment charge Rs.600 (Now they want more then Rs 5500). so I call to customer care about why giving charges due to your issue with late bill generation.

And when I received the bill I try to pay but I am not able to success to pay my bill due to inconvenient AXIS bill payment services.

So, I decided I only pay my actual bill, and will not pay fraud bill charges. So on the same day anyhow I pay my actual bill.

then after, I stop to using the axis card. but received a message from the axis for a bill paid for nearly 2 years. even continuously received SMS, Email, call and call from the agency. For 2 years my bill from Rs 10 thousand to Rs 20 thousand. and i pay regularly. you check my history. Why I am not paying Rs.600 fraud axis bank charges? If do not want to pay then do not pay the full bill amount. Not only RS.600. but I pay my actual bill even i will not continue from this month.

AXIS Bank evading his responsibility just told to customer 'SORRY FOR A INCONVINET SERVICE'. Why the same thing not doing customer to the bank using this sentence 'SORRY FOR A INCONVINET SERVICE' to the bank. like a delayed payment...etc. people also right to give penalty charges to banks due to delays or any issue related to bank services. same they are giving me RS.600 delay charges for their fault.

Many times mail, is discussed but there is no solution from an axis bank harassment, theft, and fraud.

Just recently I received a call from an AXIS bank PNO regarding my complaint and ask me for a meeting and discussion. So I agree to meet on Thursday/Friday. but not decide when to meet and timing.

So on Thursday, I call the same person for a meeting location and the time may be at 9:30 AM. But they rudely talk me this is not a bank time, you can call me after 10 AM. (I do not want to meet what they want and I am ready to meet.)

So, AXIS bank call, SMS, email at any time even in night midnight m], early morning. And I am not called to this person at 9:30 am for a meet? and on-call they are not proper behavior.
