Axis Bank — Harassment from Collection Agent

I had availed personal loan from Axis bank in 2019 for an amount of Rs. 6, 80, 000 with an EMI of 14, 331. In year 2020, Due to pandemic and loss of Mom and business, I was not able to pay 2 EMI amounting to Re.30, 555. But after that I never missed any EMI until January 2023. In January 2023, Due to some personal issue I missed an EMI. I also received the Legal notice from KS Associates dated 22nd February 2023 to pay one EMI within 15 days. I agreed and informed to Agent that i will pay Rs.14, 331 on 27th February 2023. Without fail. But still I got a call from Agent asking me to pay one EMI immediately now or entire dues on 27th February 2023. I has been called as fraud criminal mindset and also got a threat that he will come to my home and be here until I pay him one EMI, He also mentioned he will call my references and make sure I suffer on this.
