[Resolved]  Axis Bank — heavy penalty on my account without informing

Hi,

My name is avi gupta and i am from gwalior, madhya pradesh, i got my bank account opened with axis bank 3years ago with no condition of balance maintenance. My account number is [protected]. This account is non-operative and was last used may be one year back.

When i got this account opened there was no condition that i have to maintain certain amount in my account, so i never thought of checking on it. I haven't received any email or call from the bank regarding this concern. Without even informing me they are putting penalty on my account from last 1 and a half year.

Recently i issued a credit card with this account. So when i went to the bank regarding my credit card bill payment. They told me that my account is under heavy penalty. I can only pay my bill when i pay them all the penalities and i might face problem in taking loan in future. So now i am unable to pay my bill as well.

I don't understand why i have to pay for something i haven't committed to? Now i request you to please look into the issue and remove this penality so that i can continue using bank services.

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have also paid the charges but I didn't get any response from axis bank. I have received customer id & wallet id but after expiry of more than 25 days the fastag not yet received to me. Kindly check your record and intimate delivery particulars by return mail please.

I have applied fast on 10th Dec and still waiting to receive the tag, though payment deducted and online fastag account created. Please advise which date i will be receiving the tag as I have rescheduled my travel dates

I have booked a fast tag on 5th Dec 2019 for car number MP09CF6511. I have received a message of despatch of the card on 10 Dec 2019. tracking details same as car number was given. Helpline number [protected] is not useful/only music pays after two IVR options.

When I can expect my FAStag? I am not able to track shipment also
