[Resolved]  Axis Bank — home loan balance transfer from dhfl to axis

I had applied for balance transfer from dhfl to axis at mumbai, chembur home loan branch. I had submitted my documents in the first week of march 2018, now today is 5 may 2018 still my case is open. Sales manager mr. Deependra tripathi is very rude person, misbehave with me and always shouting over the phone so today i told him to
Cancel my application and asked for processing fee refund of bt and top up also.

Bt :7927615.

Please cancell it and refund my fee asap.
