Axis Bank Home Loan — Incorrect charges.. Roi and tenure

I took loan in yr 2008 I paid for almost close to 7 yes still my outstanding balance is close to 24 lacks initial amount was taken for 26 they have messed it by creating 3 different loan account charging two different roi on same property finally they said it was system error and refunded some portion .. Phr[protected] was account number where took 26 lacks paid for 14 month 250591 the balance amount if I m moving should be 2556977 initially it was commercial loan after 14 month axis made it two loans where they made partial payment of 19 lack as staffloan [protected] at 6% roi and it was paid as employee account for 27 month there are no records. and remaining balance was carried forward 667248 with previous account phr[protected] they made it mortgages loan and charging Hugh roi. After paying for 7 years my outstanding is still 24 lacks I have made bulk payment of 1 lack
