Axis Bank — Home Loan issue | |||
Hi, This is with reference to my loan account number PHR[protected]. There are a few issues/ complaints with respect to processing of this Home Loan Transfer from SBI which I would like to highlight and seek proper redressal with corrective steps and refund of my excess charged money by Axis Bank. I mentioned initially to Mr. Amit Kumar (person who was in touch with me from Axis Bank for Loan process) that I am looking for a home loan transfer from SBI to Axis Bank due to lower rate of interest and I want this loan for 8 years. I was told at that time that your loan is sanctioned for 15 years however, you may take the disbursement and he will get the duration reduced from 15 years to 8 years before first EMI hits the bank. However, now the person is reluctant to get that done and is asking me to contact customer care for the same. I mentioned to the above person that I already have a property insurance issued by SBI General and I will get it transferred in favor of Axis Bank once I get the NOC from SBI. However, I have been issued a new policy by Axis Bank and charged me around INR 3-INR 4 thousand rupees without my confirmation. I was told that the disbursement will be paid to SBI within one day so that I do not unnecessarily get charged double interest from both the banks. However, again to my surprise the loan was disbursed on 09th Mar and was paid to SBI on 15th Mar. For this period i have been charged interest by both the banks i.e. Axis Bank and SBI. On my enquiry no one bothered. I am still awaiting for my relation ship manager details. I have not been given internet access to this account. I tried registering online on axis bank site but it is not accepting the customer ID i have been issued. I raised a query with Home Loan department and even received SR number with assurance that I will get internet access within 4 days, however, I am still not able to log in. Customer care numbers do not work. have been trying to have status update since last 3-4 days but the number is not connecting. The dealing persons are Mr. Amit Kumar - [protected] and his Manager Mr. Virendra - [protected]. I have even discussed the above issues with Mr. Virendra but he has also not been of any help. Not even a single email is responded by Mr. Virendra. Would request you to kindly take the above on records and give me suitable relief at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
