I would like to introduce myself as nirmal n. (Home loan approval number : ph_lnphg_floating_bre / 5734051 / rac – coimbatore rac / 16-17) (Registered mobile number :[protected]. I had been a customer of axis bank for past 2 years taking a personal loan and successfully completed. Having seen the excellent customer support, i wished to go with axis bank for my home loan in spite of having several offer from other banks.
To the point, i don't find proper support from the loan division end as of now, mentioning the reason for the decline of loan and the reason mention for the loan is silly. I had cross verification with other bank person and came to know that i don't any hindrance for the disbursement of the loan amount, moreover the basement work is also completed. I haven't got any sort of response from the loan division for the further proceed.
Kindly, get to know for the procedure to get the amount with good support. Since there is a continuous pressure because of the irresponsible behavior of axis bank person my building work is totally stopped and i am totally collapsed because of the axis team people.
