[Resolved]  Axis Bank — home loan subsidy (clss)

Hi team,

This regarding subsidy on my home loan. I have taken home loan of rs.15lakhs from axis bank 6 months ago. My home loan ac number phr[protected].

As per government rule i am eligible for credit linked subsidy (Clss). I have applied for the same at a time of applying for loan, i was asked to add my mother name as co-applicant. So i added my mother name as suggested.

Now yesterday i went to the branch to enquire about home loan subsidy. Bank representative informed me that my application for subsidy got rejected due to "family definition not proved". When i asked in detail they informed me that i should had been enrolled my father's name as well at a time of applying for home loan as i am unmarried. But the real scenario is that i have not been informed about adding my father name at a time of applying for home loan.

Now tell me who is the responsible for this?
Isn't the duty of bank representative to guide me to get it done? It is a question of 2.5 lakhs, its not a small amount for middle class group.
