[Resolved] Axis Bank — Housing loan | |
Dear sir I am having Housing loan account NoPHR[protected] With your Bank.I have been sanctioned loan of Rs 65 Lac on 13.10.2014.Rate of intt was 10.25%p.a. Amt disbursed Rs 5357394 only.At the time of sanction @10.25 and for rs 65 lac EMI was 78622/-P.M. Now in April 2017 I have switched over MCLR @8.50%P.a and Amt of Of Rs 4895261/- My EMI has been deducted Rs 76840/-I have applied for MCLR and reschedule of my EMI on Outstanding balance for remaining balance period which should be very low. I have never been informed about my EMI after reschedule . I have tried to contact on your phone given to me[protected] many times but No body is taking care of and is ready to inform.
