This is Arun Kumar from Chennai. I feel that writing mail to Axis bank was not fruitful (ultimatele waste of time) since they either say false information or never respond to the customer complaints. I didn't see any response and accountability from Axis Bank.
I have availed a home loan from axis bank. Initially they told that a world class excellent service would be provided to me but now I could feel that they provide one of the worst service in the banking industry. I have also availed home loan from other banks like IDBI, ICICI but it was good.
Once the customer has availed their product, they do charge higher rate of interest and they do not inform any schemes which was benefit to the existing customers. But these facilities are provided to new customer and after some point of time, these new customers were penalized.
Eg: Higher rate of interest was charged for my housing loan account 10.65%.
When I inquire Housing loan division about a new scheme provided to my friend new customer (10.15%).
It was informed that some fees need to be paid by me for availing this 10.15% benefit but it can be communicated thru phone and writing.
When it gets escalated it was informed that rate of interest is 10.35% but as per records all interest calculation were done @ 10.65% only.
