[Resolved]  Axis Bank — I am complaining about the personal loan

I had applied for personal loan under guidance of Mr.Kishore. But I am not satisfied with the services. As my loan is being applied without informing me about the increased interest rate. And the respective papers or documents also are not being provided yet. While I was applying, the axis bank employee Mr.Kishore had told that the interest for personal loan of 1000000/- rs is of 12.99% interest rate as Diwali offer. But he told that according to my income they could not provide us 1000000 and will provide 700000 for the same interest rate of 12.99% and the EMI will be cut of amount of 18372 he even showed us the chart also. After that on 22/10/2016 I recieved a message that he had applied the loan for 700000 with interest rate of 14.5% EMI of rs 19305/- for 48 months. I am not being informed about the increased interest rate. I talked to Mr.Kishore that time he told that it might be message's fault but the interest rate is still 12.99% only. Again I recieved a message on 24/10/2016 that the amount left in my account was 691829/-. Again when informed him he told the same thing and told that the reduced amount 8171/- is processing charge. He told whenever the EMI will be cut the interest rate will be 12.99% only. But when checked again the interest rate at which the EMI was cut was 14.5%. On 2/11/2016 I again recieved a message that EMI will be cut on 5/11/2016. That day also I spoke to Mr.Kishore he told that he would check and inform me. But the EMI was cut with interest rate of 14.5% on 5/11/2016 but he didn't inform me anything. After that I tried contacting him but he didn't respond properly. And when recieved the call he tells that the loan is being applied and nothing can be done and speaks vulgurly. Please consider this complain seriously and apply the loan for 12.99%.
