[Resolved]  Axis Bank — I applied for fastag one month ago and I have not received it yet.

Address:A-701, Srinivasa Classic, Sarjapur main rd, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560103

I applied for fastag on 15th dec and i have not received it yet (Initial time of arrival was 8 days max).
I tried contacting their support, twitter handle, email etc. But no resolution at all.
Not only that they deducted inr1000 without any reason directly from my bank account. How can they deduct the money for recharge when they have not even delivered the card.
