Axis Bank — i cant able to link my savings account details to the internet banking

Address: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, 603002

My customer id is[protected], at first i tried to register for net banking using this customer id and i cant able to open a net banking account using the account details so i tried many ways and finally opened it using my credit card details, but i that i cant able to see or access any of my account details like payment, etc. So please help me in linking or activaing my net banking for the above mentioned customer id. And also im getting a message like "no operative accounts found"
