[Resolved] Axis Bank — i had not utilisation of the card and asking me to pay 4000 as services | |||||
As i took asix bank credit card on december 2017 till now not utilised even one traction also not did and pin also not generated when i am asking to cancel the card they says you pay first the amount then we will cancel after 6 month. Why i have to pay when i not used. As a middle class man with single hand. While giving card they told not to pay any thing now every month putting charges. Even mail id of axis bank the kept on site that also fraud, Even phone service also worst. Simple they talk hours and making money of it. And when i said i sent mail they didn't recive because those are old mail ids its not there headache. They are seeing there only so place help to come out of it Was this information helpful? | |||||
